Spiralized Greek Cucumber Salad

INGREDIENTS
1 English cucumber
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
½ cup roasted crimson peppers
½ cup sliced Kalamata olives
1 cup cherry tomatoes
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup chopped crimson onions
For the dressing:
¼ cup Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped recent dill
½ teaspoon minced garlic
Salt and pepper to style
INSTRUCTIONS
- For the dressing: Combine all components collectively in a bowl till mixed.
- Spiralize cucumber and add to a big bowl with remaining components. Pour dressing over prime and stir to mix.
